This Agreement covers independent vendors who list on OC Vendor Guide. It applies together with the Terms of Service and Vendor Membership and Cancellation policy.
Effective October 21, 2026 — OC Vendor Guide policies
Version vendor-agreement-2026-10-21.
You advertise independently provided event services. You are not our employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner. We do not control your staff, equipment, or service delivery, and we are not a party to your customer agreements.
Inquiries are not bookings. Customer deposits, refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled directly by you and the customer.
Keep identity, contact details, service area, packages, prices, and photos accurate. Do not impersonate another business.
You are responsible for licenses, permits, insurance, taxes, and safety required by law. OC Vendor Guide does not independently verify those items. Self-reported credential fields are your statements, not our verification.
Do not claim you are vetted, approved, licensed, insured, background-checked, or certified by OC Vendor Guide. A “reviewed” document badge means an administrator looked at an upload; it is not a government license or safety guarantee.
Account holders must be 18 or older. Listings featuring a minor must be owned by an authorized adult who controls contact, contracts, and payments.
You must have rights and permissions for uploaded media. If content depicts a child, obtain appropriate parent or guardian permission and do not publish identifying personal details.
Paid membership does not entitle you to suppress truthful reviews or buy a verification badge.
Public listings require an active paid membership or an eligible founding trial. Account registration and unpublished drafts are free.
If you start a founding trial, a payment method is required. $0 is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel, the selected monthly plan (Pro $29/month or Featured $39/month) bills automatically when the trial ends. Cancel online from Billing. Card details are stored by Stripe, not in our database.
You grant OC Vendor Guide a license to display your listing content on the Platform and in related promotions of the directory (for example, category or homepage placements for Featured members).
We may refuse, edit, hide, or remove listings that violate law, these terms, or listing guidelines, or that create safety or trust risks for users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OC Vendor Guide and its operators from claims arising out of your services, your listings, your dealings with customers, your failure to obtain required licenses or insurance, or your violation of this Agreement or law.
