Accuracy
Keep prices, service area, packages, and photos accurate and up to date. Do not impersonate another business or invent credentials.
Claims you may not make
Do not claim OC Vendor Guide vetted, approved, licensed, insured, or background-checked you. Credential uploads are your statements until an administrator records that a document was reviewed — that is not a government certification.
Photos and children
If a photo or video includes a child, you must have permission from that child’s parent or legal guardian. Do not include a child’s full name, school, or private contact details.
Enforcement
Listings that violate these guidelines, the Vendor Listing Agreement, or law may be edited, hidden, or removed.
