This policy covers vendor membership fees paid to OC Vendor Guide for directory listings and related promotional features. Amounts match the Pricing page: Pro $29/month and Featured $39/month.

These fees are paid by vendors to OC Vendor Guide for directory listings, promotional placements, and business tools. They do not cover deposits or payments for party services between families and vendors.
Published amounts are Pro $29/month and Featured $39/month in USD. There is no ongoing free public listing tier. Account registration remains free.
A limited founding offer may give the first 30 unique eligible businesses a 30-day free trial after a successful publish, with a required payment method collected through Stripe-hosted checkout. $0 is charged during the trial. Unless canceled, the selected monthly amount is billed automatically when the trial ends.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. At Stripe checkout you will see the plan, the trial terms if applicable, the first charge date, and the recurring monthly amount.
By completing checkout you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for the selected plan until you cancel.
Cancel anytime online from Vendor Billing using the Stripe customer portal (“Manage card, invoices, or cancel”).
If you cancel during a founding trial, you will not be charged the first membership fee; the listing leaves public search when free access ends, and your draft content is retained in your account.
If you cancel after paid billing has started, future renewals stop. Paid features generally continue through the end of the current paid period, then the listing leaves public search.
We do not promise partial-month refunds except where required by law. Contact hello@ocvendorguide.com if you need help with billing.
If a payment fails after a paid period starts, Stripe may retry the card. Paid access may continue briefly during retries; ending the subscription unpublishes the listing from search.
A temporary failed payment does not by itself end founding-rate protection. Ending paid membership does end founding-rate protection.
OC Vendor Guide is the trade name for the online directory published at https://ocvendorguide.com (domain ocvendorguide.com).
