Reviews policy
How reviews work on OC Vendor Guide.
Effective October 21, 2026 — OC Vendor Guide policies
Version reviews-policy-2026-10-21.
What reviews are
Reviews are user opinions. OC Vendor Guide does not independently verify every review or confirm that every reviewer booked the vendor. We do not show a verified-booking badge while the platform operates as a directory.
Fairness
Paid membership cannot hide lawful negative reviews. Neutral moderation is logged. Fake reviews, harassment, and children’s identifying details are prohibited.
Reporting
Use the report form if you believe a review is fake, abusive, or includes private information that should not be public.
