Yes. Drafts can hold packages before you pay. Pro publishes up to 10 packages and Featured up to 25.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Billing. Checkout requires consent to recurring billing. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. When paid access ends, the listing leaves public search and your draft stays in the account.
Membership is a monthly subscription for your listing. It is not a promise of bookings, leads, or revenue. Families still contact you directly for party payments.
Yes. Set a home city, additional service cities, and an optional travel radius. Families filter by where you actually work.
Featured membership includes higher search placement, an Instagram highlight, up to 30 photos, and rotating sponsored homepage and category placements. Eligibility is not guaranteed exposure. When a sponsored placement is live, it is labeled Sponsored. Editor’s picks are separate and unpaid.

Yes, where legally permitted. Choose Emerging Talent, Independent Provider, or Established Business during onboarding. Provider type is separate from pricing, experience style, and paid membership. Upload licenses or insurance only if you have them — missing files are never labeled unlicensed, and a paid plan cannot buy a reviewed badge.
Eligible guardian-managed listings are allowed. The adult owns the account, messages, contracts, and payments. We display a first name only and do not expose a minor’s personal contact information.
